Melting snacks

To avoid melting snacks, we offer Cold Pack shipping within the US, and only for the Original and Family size boxes for an additional $4.99. Typically we do not replace snacks that have arrived melted unless they've spilled out of their packaging or if its melted to the point that it can't be enjoyed as it was meant to (like aerated chocolate melting or a package of gummy items melting into a block) Many of us at SnackCrate prefer to slide our snacks into our fridge for 2-3 hours, just to make sure everything is solid and gives the added bonus of chilling the drink upgrade! During summer months, we adjust snacks included in each size to focus the chocolatey items in the Family size, and provide complimentary Cold Pack shipping to Family SnackCrates shipping in the US as well!
