    What is SnackCrate?
    SnackCrate is for those of us who like trying new things. Every month we have a team scour a new country looking for the most popular snacks. They eat a LOT, gain a few pounds and pass on the wisdom of that country’s snack food culture. We take everything we like (even the weird stuff) and send it off to you in a shiny blue box. SnackCrate is a great place to work too. We live on the sugar white beaches of Pensacola, Florida. When we’re not out on the beach we are coding, packing boxes, emailing, traveling, tasting, and playing with our office dogs Willow and Oliver.
    How do I join SnackCrate?
    Click on the “Get Started” button on SnackCrate.com. Select your first country and which SnackCrate size you’d like to receive. Once you fill in the billing information we’ll ask you for your shipping info and email address. Then, you’re all set!
    How many snacks do I get?
    Good question! Each monthly crate contains either 5-6, 10-12, 18-20+, or 110+ snacks. We split that into half candy, half snackfood (chips, crackers, cookies, ect.). We seek out the most popular snacks from each country to include in your crate. Since every month is a different country, you’ll never see the same item twice. We spend a great deal of time considering what goes into a country’s crate. We interview locals, scour the internet, visit the countries, and finally, taste them ourselves.     Can I choose which snacks I receive?
    Nope, and that’s kind of the point. We want to surprise you every month with things you’ve never seen before. However, if you have ideas for what we should put in a particular crate please let us know.
    What is a Big F****** SnackCrate?
    It’s a lot of F****** snacks in a big F****** box. It’s perfect for families, offices, and hardcore snackers. What you’ll find inside is the same variety of snacks that the Family size has to offer (18-20+) but multiplied times 5 for ~100 Snacks!
  • Shipping
    When will I get my snack crate?
    For new customers, your first box will ship according to the time you were quoted at checkout. For current customers, your account will renew on the 5th of each month and your crate will ship by the end of that month. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary from month to month. You can always check the status of your order (and see when it will ship) in the Snack Tracker on your account page.
    Why does it take until the end of the month for my SnackCrate to ship?
    Everything in your SnackCrate is made and imported just for you. After your order is confirmed on the 5th, the order for your snacks is submitted to the manufacturer. After your snacks are freshly made, they are flown to the United States and submitted to U.S. Customs. After they are inspected and approved for safety, they are boxed up and shipped out to you. This process takes about 3 weeks from the day your order is confirmed. This is the real deal. Your snacks are coming directly from the country of the month and that takes a little time.
    What are my shipping options?
    We are happy to offer free shipping to all orders worldwide. We ship primarily with USPS. SnackCrates typically arrive within 3 business days after shipping for US orders, and 2-4 weeks for orders outside of the United States. Each month, subscribers will receive an email containing a tracking number.
    Where do you ship to?
    We currently ship within the US (including its territories, military bases, and embassies), as well as the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and Malta. If we’re not shipping to you just yet, just shoot us a line and we can work towards doing so in the future!
    How do I change my shipping address?
    1. Log in on SnackCrate.com with your username and password
    2. Click on the “Shipping and Billing” tab
    3. Click the “Update” button
    4. Change your shipping address in the boxes
    That’s it! You have successfully updated your shipping address. Please note that addresses need to be updated before the 1st of the month, otherwise your SnackCrate will be shipped to the address currently on file.
  • Billing
    How do I change my payment information?
    1. Log in on SnackCrate.com with your username and password
    2. Click on the “Shipping and Billing Tab”
    3. Click the “Update” button
    4. Change your shipping address and billing information in the boxes
    That’s it! You have successfully updated your payment method. Please note that payment methods need to be updated before the 1st of the month, otherwise your SnackCrate will be charged to the payment method currently on file.
    What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB).  
    When will I be billed?
    You will be billed for your first month immediately upon signup. Your plan will automatically renew (don’t worry, you can cancel anytime) on the 5th of the month.
  • Gifts
    How do I give a gift?
    To give a gift simply visit SnackCrate.com and click the “Give a Gift” button. Then, follow the prompts and complete the checkout. After your purchase is complete we’ll send a gift certificate to your email that you can give to the recipient of your choice.
    I have a gift, where do I claim it?
    To claim a gift, visit www.snackcrate.com/gift. Then, follow the prompts and we’ll have a SnackCrate to you in no time.
  • Other Stuff
    How do I change my subscription?
    1. Log in on SnackCrate.com with your username and password
    2. Click on the “Subscription Details” Tab
    3. Click the “Change” button
    4. Choose a new plan from the drop down menu.
    That’s it! You have successfully updated your subscription plan. Please note that subscription plans need to be updated before the 1st of the month, otherwise your payment method will be charged for the plan we have on file.
    I have a food allergy. Is SnackCrate right for me?
    Absolutely! We include a nutritional breakdown of every item in our boxes along with a list of ingredients.
    How do I get free snacks?
    We’ll give you a $10 credit for each person you bring to SnackCrate. To receive the referral credit, have them checkout using your referral link. There is no limit to how much credit you can earn.
    How do I contact you guys?

    How do I cancel my subscription?
    We’d hate to see you go! But if there’s nothing else we can do….

    2. Click on the “Subscription” Tab
    3. Click the “Cancel Next Plan” button
    That’s it! You have successfully cancelled your subscription plan.
